Collage For Self-Discovery - Part 2

“One of the things I love the most about all of this is your stories as you present the pages for each week. You speak so openly about your life and with so much heart that it is impossible not to be inspired to let my own understanding come forth… I realize that I hold the key to my own success and even though it's great to have outside inspiration or praise or encouragement, being inspired from the inside is worth everything...”    D.M. USA

"Shelley, I've been wanting to say that I find your instructions for this course to be very deep, profound, and moving.  Thank you again for everything!"  S.L. USA

Spontaneous Collage Journal

The aim of this six week collage journal course is to awaken spontaneity, curiosity, and creative freedom, and your connection to your unlimited self. If you feel stuck repeating the same patterns over and over in your life, this method of journaling will help you to open up to fresh insights  that will invite more joy and flow into your life. The spontaneous collage process that we will explore in our journals is a tool for awareness, found delights and wider possibilities.

The second part of this course invites you to dive deeper into profound self-acceptance, deeper self-honesty and authentic joy. You will learn to love your life as it is creatively unfolding in each moment.

What People are Saying:

"Thank you for these wonderful lessons - I am enjoying the process of tearing and glueing and sorting through images. I love reading your insights and your experiences - it helps to remind me that we are not all so different after all..."

“I have made my first collage after reading the information in your course. It has taken about 2 to 3 hours to do but for once I have allowed myself to play. Something I don't often do because I'm always worrying about making ends meet and will avoid doing anything that is not going to bring in an income.

So silly! In the past I have put too much thought into my collages, didn't often complete them  (and didn't enjoy doing them because I was over-thinking and tying myself up in knots)  but this time for the first time ever I worked intuitively. Absolutely mind boggling...”
