Creating From the Inside Out

No matter what our life looks like on the outside, we can begin right now to create magic in our inner lives. In just 15 minutes each day we can make room for grace, miracles and joy in our creative process. Together we will create poetry, learn how to write spontaneously with a daily image. The loose structure of your intuitive journal is a daily intutive meditation on an image that moves you.

An Image and a Daily Poem

Imagery is the language of the soul. Let it tell you who you are. Pull an image that moves you strongly from an old book or magazine and without thinking write poem about it in a non-thinking free flow of words - as if you are the image..."I am..." Voila a poem a day! Poetry is the intuitive dance of words. Do not worry if they don't make sense. Meditate on your image for the day and see what is brings you. It should not take more than 15 minutes a day.

Cultivating Direct Knowing

Intuitive ability requires no special talent. We all have the capacity for direct knowing. We just need to create a time and space to cultivate it. We need to find methods for our intuition to speak to us. Our aim in our poetry journals is to be spontaneous and see what emerges. There is a world of wonder and suprising new information that exists beyond our daily personalities. This poetry journal will be a loose exploration, a no pressure playground for your intuitive self.
