Birthing Spontaneous Imagery

In our ordinary ego mind we tend to strive and struggle to make things happen in our life - ignoring what needs and wants to unfold. As we let go of ego control during spontaneous art-making, we bring through a visual language of feelings that we might not understand yet. As we see our inner world - visually - on the outside through color, gesture, pattern, and movement, the possibilities for something the new to come into our existence is revealed.

Going with the Flow

There is a timing to how we need to unfold. There is a particular organic movement that can be explored through the metaphor of drip painting with a partner to explore.
