Processing Emotional Overwhelm

From Emotional Pain to Love

 

If you are feeling emotionally "unfinished" with any of your daily lessons, I offer the following journal process for moving from emotional overwhelm into love. 

 

If necessary, repeat this cathartic exercise daily in your journal to support yourself to move all the way through your painful emotions into love and peace.

 

You are also welcome to post up your journal process on the support group for support and feedback.
