At this time in our human history, I sense we are all being called to blossom into who we truly are despite outer pressures to conform.
Indeed, it is so easy to lose touch with our inside world, especially when we take in too much noise from the outside world.
How do you blossom during challenging times? For myself, a regular meditation process quiets me enough to hear my true-self signals.
And, as a creative, you know there are many ways to meditate through art. Any creative activity that quiets your mind will bring you back home to yourself.
